It would be pronounced re-beck-anne or re-beck-ah-nn. You need two As in it surely?!
This is definitely a case of a hyphenated name being better.
For the record, I know a girl called Maryelizabeth, and she always insists on being called by the whole name.

I know a Maryelizabeth too! Or maybe it's MaryElizabeth. But there's not space in it, whatever it is. She's always Liz.
