That is...an unfortunate name. It looks terrible. I'd pronounce it Briln, to rhyme with kiln.
My guess would be that it is pronounced "brillin", like "chillin" with a B-R.
I'm guessing it's probably BRY-lin, but my first thought was "briln." It looks like it should be one syllable, but I have a feeling that they're pronouncing it like Brylin.
Like kiln but with a br instead of a k.
I would guess it's pronounce like bry-lynn. If so, that is an awful spelling of the name.
Probably BRY-lin.
BRY-lin. Perhaps they copied the Haydn example of no second vowel.
My guess is the parents are going for something with two syllables like "BRIE-lun." But just to bug them (and assuming the child is no where in ear shot) I'd say it to rhyme with kiln. I'm petty that way.

Maybe it's a typo for Brylin?
I'd say it BREE-ln (like Akua said, to rhyme with kiln), but I'm sure it's supposed to be like Braylin or something phonetically impossible.
BRY-lynn.
BRY-lin
I would say BRIE-lyn, but I think Akua Topaz was closer.
I'd assume it rhymes with kiln.
