How would Anastazija be pronounced in comparison with Anastasia?

In Croatian they'd be more or less the same, pronounced like 'AH-nah-stah-zee-yah' and 'AH-nah-stah-see-ah'. The last -sia/-zija sounds almost the same when said out loud.
