I like it. My mom used to have two sisters in her home daycare centre named Tatum and Tamsin. They were around when I was just brand-new, so I never knew them. But I always admired their names.

I don't even really know who Tatum O'Neil is, so I'm ok with that association. I'd think a parent of a Tatum would be someone kind of edgy who doesn't follow female stereotypes and is cuttingly smart(Tatum seems like a very tomboyish, executive-dynamic name).
