I like Rayen I thinks its rather pretty. I would pronounce it as Ray-en. I don't really like Nerys though. :P

Rayen makes me think of the synthetic fiber rayon. I like the meaning of "flower" in Mapuche, though. I would pronounce it "RAY-en", myself, but I'm not sure.
