[Opinions] Tilia and Ardea
WDYT of Tilia (TIL-ee-ah) and Ardea (ar-DAY-ah) as a girl's names? Tilia is Latin for the linden tree, and Ardea is Latin for the great blue heron.

I like Ardea. It has a very nice sound. I don't like Tilia as much.
Wow, nice. So nice. I like how they don't look crazy out-there and yet are completely new and fresh.
Tilia is fun and spunky and so is the nickname Tilly.
Ardea is more sophisticated and Dea is a great nickname too.
Good calls.

I really like Tilia. It also reminds me of Ottilia, which I love.
My son went to daycare with a girl named Ardeja (ar-DAY-zsha)

I love Ardea! That's awesome!
Tilia is an awesome namesake, but I don't like the sound of the name as much as Ardea.

Regarding Ardea, When I think of a blue heron I think of a man they are larger birds suggesting a larger body type and there for male. Tilia reminds me of Tila Tequila but the meaning is very feminine compared to Ardea. The tree suggest fruit, women are fruit barrers.
