I'm so torn. It's adorable, but all I hear is Epi-pen. Dang. Josepha nn Effie makes more sense to me and loses the epi-pen association. I don't really like Josepha much. I prefer Josephine or Josefina.
Hepzibah is too out there for me.
Still not sure whether I endorse Eppie, but what about
