Sorry, don't carry for it, especially this spelling. When I was in middle school, there was a this Amazonian girl, Alfreda (nn Freda), who was so much bigger than the rest of us and the school bully. Everyone tried to avoid her. When high school came into view, I don't know where she went. I don't think anyone missed her. ;-) Wonder why she was so angry ...

Freda is a family name for me, so I'm biased here. But Freadda looks atrocious to my eyes. I suppose it could be a completely different name than Freda and I just don't know enough about it. But without any information I have to assume this is a creative spelling. Yucko.

Looks like a complication of Freda.
I'm quick off the mark with this, as Freda was my mother's name. :-)
