Would the end be pronounced like veen? That was my first instinct, and I think it's really pretty! If it's just like wine, though, I don't find it as elegant.
I also like Isidore and Bernadine. Benedicta is neat, too, and it makes me think of Ave Maria (the line "Benedicta tu in mulieribus"), which is actually a really cool association given the meaning (which I had to look up because I know the Latin words but not the English ones, ha).
