How about Laurel? Veronica Laurel sounds beautiful.

Veronica Lauren is also nice, but I don't like the repeating 'n' sound in that.

I just have a massive crush on Laurel at the moment, but I will never get to use it because it sounds silly with my partner's last name - like Laurel Jingle.
