John Jasper is great. I quite like John Cale as well.
I'd steer clear of anything really popular or typically classic and go for something like:

John William has a great flow, and I really like William, but I find John Cale and John Jasper more intriguing. Because John is so common, I'd pair it with something less expected.

My favourite of the middle names is Jasper, but it doesn't go with John - the alliteration just doesn't sound right in this name.
I don't really think Cale goes either, because both names are so short it makes the name sound choppy and insubstantial.
Therefore, I think John William is the best option, even though it is a little boring.

I don't like either really. John Cale sounds like Jonquil and the two one-syllable names together sounds weird. I don't like the alliteration with John Jasper.

I like the syllable pattern of John Jasper, but I really don't like the alliteration in this combo. John Casper, maybe.
I like John Cale. It's short though, so if you have a short last name I wouldn't use it.
