I'm surprised to see Willa twice as I have never come across one before and it has a very retro American vibe for me. Willow is growing on me. I think Wilfred will rise in popularity and inevitably, Wilf! Willoughby and Tallulah as a sibset sound somewhat pretentious to me. I still like William, despite it's popularity.
