Brandwyn is one letter away from 'brandewyn', which is Afrikaans (and almost Dutch!) for 'brandy'. Unlike Brandy, it is never used as a given name.
I can't work out how you would pronounce Keva. If it's a form of Kev, and therefore of Kevin, it should have a short vowel: Kevva. But it looks like Eva with a K.
Brandyn might work I suppose; inserting that random w makes it masculine all over again. And to feminise Kevin, perhaps you could go the Kevyn route.
