Actually I like both names.

I think Toria is pretty cool, it sounds rather tough, but then some girls are just tough;)
Selina on the other hand is a more sweet and delicate name.

I could easy see two sisters with these names. Toria the tough, outgoing, always living on the edge. Selina the sweet, innocent and feminine.
