The flow is off, and the names clash, I'd say. I might otherwise like Tate, but it reminds me of the word "irritate." I don't particularly care for the sound of Horatio, but I do like its literary connections. Paired with a more fitting first name, I could possibly like a fn/mn combo containing Horatio. Something more sturdy and less modern like Dominic Horatio, Vincent Horatio, or Tobias Horatio would be much more appealing to me.

Out of the others, I like Kevin. I'd probably like Allegra too if it weren't for the allergy meds.
