I love Tancred! It's so lumpy and loveable. It's a bit awkward, but that is part of its charm. Did you ever play Final Fantasy IX? If you did, you know that big clumsy knight character, I can't recall his name offhand, but he was utterly devoted to protecting the princess and everyone thought he was a big dummy and a has-been? That's the image of get of Tancred. Huge heart, iron-clad honour, and a bit of a doofus. So adorable.
