My initial reaction was to pronounce it like Quinn with an -ah at the end. That's Qwih-na, right?
I think it's neat if it's a family name. I'd use it, and spell it Quinna.
(I want to pronounce Quenna like "qwen-uh" if that makes sense. The first syllable rhyming with when and Gwen.
