Help[Opinions] Charlotte, Elisabeth, Katharine or Rosamund
This is my first time posting and to make a long story short, I'm changing both my first and middle name. Especially my first name, which hasn't been a "Piece of Cake" like I thought. LOL!
I love simple, classic, beautiful and timeless names. :-) I chose those names because I can see myself growing up and moving forward in life as a Charlotte, Elisabeth, Katharine or Rosamund, and I've learned that is extremely important. :-) My heart just doesn't know which name it really, REALLY wants! *headdesk*
It's been a long journey for me, but I know in the end, it will all be worth it. :-)

I think any of those names is excellent. Elisabeth and Katharine in particular can suit anyone and have a multitude of great nicknames to choose from.
The only (possible) problem is that they are so popular but as you're already an adult this won't be such a big deal as if you were naming a child (who would be Elisabeth *lastname* all through school)
I would ppersonally choose Rosamund because it is a little more unusual and exciting, without being ridiculous. However, I would be glad to see you choose any one of these names!

Hey! I like all this names and I agree with you that they are classic and timeless. I think I would choose Rosamund because it is less used than others.

While I like Elisabeth, I prefer Rosamund. It's very stately and unexpected.
Charlotte is decent, but Katharine has always sounded bland to me.
If you're looking for combos, Elisabeth Rosamund and Rosamund Charlotte came to mind. If only Rosamund Elisabeth had a smoother flow. It's unfortunately a bit of a mouthful.

Elizabeth, Catherine and Rosamund were all on my list when I decided to change my name (along with about 50 other names). I know exactly how you feel about not knowing which name you really want. If I had to choose (for myself) from your list I would go with Rosamund, easily. I love the nicknames (Rose, Rosa, Roz), I love the history and I love the fact that it's an unusual name in its long version but can be made accessible with its simple nicknames.
Elisabeth and Charlotte tie for second with me, because of the nicknames Elise and Lottie. Charlotte is a bit trendy now and Elisabeth would probably be misspelled all the time, but those aren't exactly dealbreakers to my mind.
Katharine I would choose last. I love Catherine (and variants like Caterina), but for me the K just doesn't work.
If you tell us a bit more about yourself or post a picture if you're comfortable we'd be able to help a lot more. Are these names the only four on your list or are you looking for suggestions?

My least favorite is Katharine. I like Katherine (and Catherine), but still there are a lot of people with this name (usually in the form of Kate or Katie) and that makes it seem less classic for some reason.
Elisabeth is sweet, pretty, and classic- but there are so many Elizabeths that it might get annoying having to say "Elisabeth WITH AN S!!" all the time.
Charlotte is good. I usually oicture it on an older person, but the name has a very friendly and knowledgable vibe.
Rosamund is probably my favorite, because it's classic but not overused and (to me) it has a bit of a medieval vibe.
