I adore Nerissa, but it's just too girly for me to use.

Nerissa
Hazel, followed by Nerissa, followed by Quintessa that I really don't care for.
Nerissa.
It's not really my style, but I don't like Quintessa, and Hazel is a name for a rabbit. I'd NN Nerissa Reese, though, just to make it tolerable.

I like Nerissa, but if I had to choose for my own child I would go with Hazel.

I like the sound of it.
Quintessa looks like "quintessential", and Hazel is kinda trendy.

Hazel.

Quintessa is too princessy, IMO. If it's not for an emperess or princess in a story, then I wouldn't use it. Nerissa can also be a little bit princessy, but I can also envision it as naturey (even though it's not particularly a nature name). It keeps the whole "issa" vibe without being to overly frilly. And it reminds me of Naiads and Nereids. :) Hazel is good, but nery different from the others. It's also slightly reminiscent of Heather, which gives off a 70's vibe that I don't really care for.

Hazel. But I love names that aren't frilly.

I'd pick Hazel. I know it's the safest of the lot. But I so dig its woodsy, witchy vibe. It's feminine without being too frilly.
Nerissa is OK. I'm just not a big fan of "-issa" names in general. But it's a feminine classic and I'd be happy to meet a little Nerissa one day.
Quintessa is over the top to me. It's the quintessence of trying too hard. But if it's purely a guilty pleasure (GP) then why not? It has a historic, Latin root which is always fun. And it's not spelled oddly.

I'd choose Hazel, and give her Nerissa as a middle name.
Hazel Nerissa is wonderful.
Quintessa is too much.

Quintessa is just too much in my opinion and the start of Nerissa puts me off.

I love Tessa, but Quintessa just looks a bit too much. I have only ever seen Quintessa used in name games, when you have to use Q and can't think of a girls name!

I'd go with Nerissa. I like its Shakespearean background and the overall sound. I'd like it more if it didn't remind me of the word "neurotic." That's the only real caveat for me. It doesn't make me dislike it, though.
Quintessa is a bit too frilly and overdone for me, but then again, I like Fiorenza and Loredana, which are on par with Quintessa. I prefer them as middle names rather than first names. I think Quintessa might be okay as a middle name.
I've never been able to warm up to the sound of Hazel.

Hello Girl/New; please pick one posting name during your visit here :)
Of those three, I'd pick Hazel.
