I've never liked Ashton - too trendy. I do, however, like Joash and Asher. Maybe you could suggest those (although if she's like my husband, she'll say "So? It's not Ashton." Sigh)
I find Ian a little boring. I've known a couple in their 20s and 30s and just think it's so bland for a new baby. How about Gavin, Liam (if she doesn't mind trendy) or Evan?
Bentley, Bentley, Bentley. Now I'm not as anti this name as many others. Yes, the car, I know. But it doesn't bother me. That said, I prefer a few others over it: how about Beckett, Bennett, or Benton?
Of her three options, I'd go Bentley.
Something like:
Bentley Alexander
oo, or better: Bentley Alessandro
Bentley Amadeus?
