I really like Forrest. It's so gentle and handsome. I do associate it with Forrest Gump, but I like that association. I also prefer it spelled Forrest even when it's meant to be a naturey word name because it just looks much nicer than Forest.

I've only ever known one Forrest, and he sort of helped me start liking the name. I thought it was interesting, unexpected, and I then associated it with trumpets. He was a guy who played trumpet during the Christmas church service (I always played an instrument then too). He was also the father of a girl I went to high school with. So he was probably born in the mid-50s.

I guess Forrest and Celeste go together if I try to bend them certain ways, but given my personal impressions of them, they do not.
