The first things I actually thought:
Like Payne from FFX-2? (Oh wait, it's Paine, anyway)
Like that game, Max Payne?
But then I tied it to "windowpane" and "paint" rather than the obvious pain, for some reason, and I actually think it has a neat artsy feel to it.
But because of the obvious homonym, I wouldn't recommend anyone use it as a fn!
