Well, don't really like Giovanna, it's the Vanna part I think because I really do like Gianna. I think Gianna would be fine by itself. I usually pronounce it jee-on-ah and jee-oh-von-ah but that's probably wrong. another name I really like it Giada (jee-ah-dah) which means 'jade'. :)
