I get a really weird image of this name, but anyway.... :P
I kind of like Saturnina. I've never really thought about it, but now that you mention it I have a little GP-ish soft spot for it. Of yours I like Saturnina Elanor (but I prefer the spelling Ellinor) and Saturnina Leonie. Saturnina Johanna immediately sprang to mind, but I don't know if that's too much -a at the end.
I love Artemisia, btw. It's on my PNL.
