Ottilia Tamar is so pretty.
I like Otylia, but I think I'd pronounce it slightly differently (o-teel-ya, whereas with Ottilia I'd say ot-ILL-ee-a). Either way I wouldn't really think of otters unless you really made me.:)

Of yours I like Ottilia Margot quite a bit!!
I pronounce Ottilia more like oh-TEEL-ee-ah, but I used to pronounce it just like you. I like it both ways.
I don't personally think Ottilia looks like the word otter, but I have seen it before on the boards. I didn't know if maybe I just wasn't seeing it because of how much I like the name.
