[Opinions] Frieda
Just heard on the radio a message from someone with a baby called Frieda! I'm pretty surprised - I've never heard of Frieda on a baby. What do you think of it?I would personally spell it differently because I don't like the word "fried" in there!

It's ok... not a preferred sp., but ok... a change from some of the current trends, so that's kinda nice even if it's a bit dated otherwise.

I don't care for Frieda. I like Frida and Freda, though.

I love Frieda. I knew a couple who had a baby in the 90s and named her Frieda. Wow, she would be a teenager now! Anyway, they were total hippie peacenik types and they named her that because it means "peace." I think it's gorgeous! I like the spelling Frida, too.

Now that I think about it, Frieda is actually pleasant. It's not my usual style, but I think I like it. Hmm. I think I prefer the Frida spelling. It does take out the word "fried," and it has the Frida Kahlo association. Frida Isabel would be really pretty.
