On sight, I pronounce Milla as MILL-uh and Mila as MEE-luh.

I would say them both "mee-lah" like the actress Mila Kunis, I prefer the Mila spelling, think it's a cute nn for Milena.

Both are pronounced MEE-luh to me (in English). I have a preference for Mila.

I say Milla something like MILL-ah (pretty much like Camilla without the Cam- part) and Mila sound like MEE-lah when I say it.

I pronounce both as MEE-lah, bur prefer the spelling Mila since it's the one used where I live.
