The Rosarios I know are all men.

I like Rosario. I don't think I'd use it myself, but I like the sound and the feel it gives me (mature, a little frilly but not girly, strong, almost mystical in a very grounded way). Usually I prefer it as a mn, but it's good as a fn too.

I like Rosario Eva, Rosario Helena (HEL-en-a? hel-E-na? I like the combo both ways), Rosario Lucia, Rosario Talia, and Rosario Isabel.

Of your combos I think I like Rosario Susana the best because Susana softens the "o" sound at the end of Rosario a bit.

I've never liked Rosario. It seems too gender ambiguous.
