I say OHR-in. I prefer the Orrin spelling. I had a great uncle named Orrin Peter. He went by Pete, but I always liked the name, it's not weird, but the long O sound is warm to me and I think that spelling is interesting visually.
Orrin and Killian do go together. I think quite nicely actually, they aren't really similar to me in how they feel, but the origins make them fit rather nicely together and I think it's good they have different feels.
