Well, I know several men nick-named Zuzu.It's the Mid-East nick-name for Joseph, or Yousf. I think it's ridiculous on a grown man, but they don't think so.

My boyfriend is middle eastern and his old nickname use to be Zou Zou (pronounced same way as Zu Zu I believe) but his real name is Zoulfikar. I guess it can be for a few names.
