Aw! It reminds me of nonsense names like Tedward. Which makes it really sweet. I also enjoy the meaning. Is it said like it looks? Or is there a Welsh trick.

Yes! It is like Tedward. :) It should sound basically how it looks, teg-WAR-ed (war rhymes with car).
