I find Sherilyn / Cherilyn and Cheryl dated and not quite ripe for revival, but at least, a little girl named Sherilyn / Cherilyn wouldn't be one of several classmates with the same name in her classes at school. It's not a favorite name of mine, but I find it acceptable and decent. I prefer Sherilyn to Cherilyn.
