Of course, it reminds me of Marlo Thomas, and the main thing I remember about her is that she was a very strong feminist and liked to educate children so that they wouldn't grow up to be sexist, but she didn't want to have any children herself. You could certainly say she was classy and sophisticated, and so the name does fit that image for me, as well. But I don't like it. I don't like girls' names ending in O.
