Avia is quite sweet. Lia is lovely but my niece is called Leah so I couldn't really use it

Just though of one more nn of Ophelia:

How about Alia? It doesn't resemble Leah that much than Lia does.

{Edit: Had suggested Elia, but noticed that it was male, so changed it to Alia instead.}
