Magdalena = mahg-da-lay-nuh
Magdalene = mag-da-len or mahg-da-lay-nuh
It's usually a mahg as opposed to a mag (as in rhymes with bag) with me.
I usually consider Magdalene to be German above being Biblical, so I just go ahead and pronounce the 'e' at the end (whether an actual German speaker would, I don't know; I'm just going by what I'm used to from what I've learned so far). Back in the days when my mother took me to Catholic church I only ever heard mag-da-len, though, never mag-da-leen.
