There are issues with Eleve, as noted by others, but as a middle name, I don't think it's too weird or problematic. Her middle name will rarely be used, after all. Eleve probably wouldn't be received with great enthusiasm outside your family, but it would have meaning and significance for you guys, and that's more important.

I like Mareasi's suggestion of spelling it Elleve. I'll also suggest Evelina and Ellevie.
