In political circles a "ditto head" is someone who can't think for themselves. They pick a leader and repeat whatever they hear verbatim. No thinking required. It's not a flattering term.

But my primary objection to Ditto as a name is it sounds as if the child is an after-thought. It's disrespectful to the child. Even as a nn it seems mean.
