[Opinions] My favorite girl combo + anagram??
Leona Jane Antoinette "Norton"
Leona is my favorite girls name and my husband loves it too. Jane and Antoinette are family names and I think they sound very pretty together. But I've been over analyzing it lately and started to wounder if people would think "Mary Jane Antoinette", like the naive young queen of the stoners or something. Jane and Antoinette both have a negative association when paired with Mary.... So is it obvious or am just putting too much thought into it?Also I've been thinking of looking for different names to make an anagram for something, just for fun, I probably wouldn't use it unless I found a combo that I loved without considering the initials. I know it's cheesy but my sons initials are WIN, it might be fun to come up with some names that sound good together and spell something nice. I have a few ideas but want to see if anyone can come up something I haven't thought of. Don't forget the last initial has to be N.

Leona Jane Antoinette "Norton" is lovely and I get absolutely no negative vibes or associations from the combination, even after reading your concerns. I think you're good to go. :)My own initials spell my nickname, which happened by accident. My parents didn't realize it until they'd finally agreed on a first and middle name and then put it together with the surname. I realized it when I was quite young and always thought it pretty nifty. Not sure I can come up with anything for you, but I'll give it a go...Kenneth Evander N. "Ken"
Finnegan Ivor Nicodemus N. "Finn" - I dunno 'bout this. ;)
Vincent Isaiah N. "Vin"
Conrad Oliver N. "Con"
Gunnar Ulysses N. "Gun"
Jonathan Ozias N. "Jon"
Solomon Orlando N. "Son"Winifred Ione N. "Win"
Annabel Naomi N. "Ann"
Constance Ophelia N. "Con"
Genevieve Estella N. "Gen"
Henrietta Esme N. "Hen"
Juniper Ulyssa N. "Jun" - does this count?
Lenore Esmeralda N. "Len"
Penelope Elspeth N. "Pen"
Wenda Emmeline N. "Wen"

Yes, you are overanalyzing it. You aren't even using Mary so why even bother with the Mary Jane and Mary Antoinette associations?

Sorry, I can't help you with anagrams this early in the AM. My brain just won't go there. :-)Leona Jane Antoinette is very nice and I don't think people will hear Mary Jane. Had you planned to call her by the first two names? Otherwise, people definitely won't hear Mary Jane. BTW, I fully understand the appeal of Leona since my current fave is Leonie. I just can't find a mn that I love paired with it. One of DH's fave names of all time is Jane so perhaps I should go with that. Nah, I seem to revert to French mns where Leonie is concerned.

I think you're over thinking it, which is what happens when you really love a name so don't worry, you want everything to be perfect so think of every available downfall. But the names are perfect, I think they are really beautiful all together, you should be proud of that combo. So anagrams...
Westley Oscar Norton (WON)
Matilda Olivia Opal Norton (MOON)
Samuel Ulric Norton or Sandra Ursula Norton (SUN)
Daniella Abigail Norton (DAN)
Benjamin Elijah Norton (BEN)
Felicity Agnes Norton or Frederick Alan Norton (FAN)That was fun :) what do you think?

Good to hear that no one else thought of that! Maybe I just thought of that because I love Mary too but with different middle names.Nice anagrams, I came up with mostly the same words but different names.
Winston Otto Norton (WON)
Solene Ursula Norton (SUN)
Solomon Orlando Norton (SON)
Francesca Amelie Norton (FAN)
Mary Octavia Opal Norton (MOON)
I don't think I would any of them, but it was fun!

I didn't but now I haveThat's funny that you thought of it too. I like Solomon and Orlando is the only O name I could think of that would sound good with it.

Super handsome combo, anyway....My Solomon combo is Solomon Orion, but I was using it to rename a kid named "Hunter."

Solomon Orion is stellar...literally. Solomon Orlando is too O and L heavy for me and the names just have very different feels in my mind. I also like Hunter btw, but it can bug me sometimes depending on the type of mom that uses it...I think that makes sense.

Aww......Hunter gets such a bad rap and I've always thought him handsome. I quite like Solomon Orion; feels even wiser. Nicely done. :)
