I wouldn't mind encountering Tobin more often. Tobin already sounds warm and friendly to me, but having actually meet someone named Tobin who was personable reinforces that idea for me.I think that Tobin would work with Elliott and Spencer, especially Elliott.

Sorry, wrong place, meant for OPI have a family connection so I really like it. And I think it works well with your other children's names.
I'm assuming you're not in the UK though as it has a negative connection there. Don't think it would be a problem in the US.

What is the negative connection? I live in the UK and love the name Tobin - I don't understand why it would be negative.

Peter Tobin, serial murderer. Was discovered to have killed at least 4 or 5 girls recently in Scotland and England. As I said Tobin is a family surname and everyone brings it up.
