Help[Opinions] Krillin
Today I met a couple named Joshua and Ashley and they had a 5 month old girl named Jessalyn and a 2 year old boy named Krillin Michael. I got his middle name since he was being yelled at. They came to look at my grandparent's rental house. Even my cousin who is into trendy and madeup names was perplexed.
On another note my cousin's two year old has started calling one of her dolls Jamie. No idea where she heard that name. She also briefly called my grandmother Carly today. Another name we have no idea where she picked up. Her mom told her that Nana's name is actually Jenny but finally she just said no, it's not, she's Nana.

The anime Dragonball Z has a character named Krillin. Maybe they got it from there.

Krillin is the name of a character from the anime Dragon Ball and DBZ. I might be wrong but from what I can tell it was a made up name for the show. Someone correct me if they know of a definition for it.
So my first thoughts are that they love DB and DBZ.

It's suppose to actually. All or almost the characters in the anime DB and DBZ are named after food or type of pants or underwear. Krillin is the word krill like the crustacean with -in added on the end.
