It's really popular these days, but I like Lily. It sounds playful and warm, yet at the same time, it has dignity. I prefer it as a full name, but I don't mind it as a nickname for Liliana, Lilyana, Lilia / Lillia, Lilias, Liliane / Lilianne, or Elizabeth / Elisabeth.
