[Opinions] where'd you find this name?

I would not pronounce Liobhan lee-vun because it's one letter away from being Siobhan which is pronounced sha-von. I would say luh-von or leh-van (especially since I've never seen this name before)The nn (Lio) would then be pronounce 'lee' perhaps... but never 'leo'.Also - where did you find this name because I've never seen it and, trust me, I've been to just about every Irish name site there is.??
