[Opinions] Ffion?
Thoughts on the Welsh girl name Ffion (pronounced fee-on for those of you who might wonder)?
I think it's gorgeous, but would you ever use it? Some people say that it's hard or confusing to figure out how to pronounce.. is it really that weird of a name?
Middle names that you like with it?

I'm glad you put the pronunciation and gender. I assumed it was a variant of Finn / Fionn.
If I lived in Wales or for that matter the UK I'd use it. But it would be a headache here in the U.S. (Caveat emptor: I'd name a dd Niamh or Aoife tomorrow. If I love a name I can rationalize using it anywhere.)

I think it's really pretty. I might consider it because I live somewhere where Welsh names aren't unheard of.
The pronounciation isn't that hard, but it might just lead to difficulties if you live in an area where Welsh names are uncommon. You'd have to explain to a lot of people how it is spelt and pronounced. Not the worst thing in the world, but it's something to consider.
I personally think Fiona is just as pretty, and avoids the complications.

Ffion Josephine
Ffion Catherine
Ffion Miriam
Ffion Patricia
Ffion Darcy
