Holy moley, no. Very unusable, even among the thrusty, testosterone-soaked, hyper-masculine names. It sounds more like a Decepticon than a human being.
Dominic would be a good, livable alternative.

Haha Dominatrix! That was my first thought a couple of days ago when I saw the Nameberry birth announcement for Imperatrix.
