It has a cute, charming sound, but I see a couple potential problems with it:
It's very lightweight and generic. Like Janie or Sissy or Missy. The kind of name somebody would give a hypothetical character if they didn't care much about making it real.
This may not be an issue for a lot of families, but when I was growing up, Suzie was what little girls were taught to call their private parts. We outgrew it by the time we were preteens or so, but when we were little it was a handy euphemism. I feel the same way about Willie on a boy.
