I think it's adorable although I'd spell it Susie and use it as a nick for Susanna. I do have a dd named Anna, however, she pronounces it with the AH sound which sounds nothing like the way I'd pronounce the Anna of Susanna. She'd be called Susie most of the time. It's just a thought. I'd probably never do it since the names are so similar.
