I think it'd be weird to honor a father and his sister with a kid's name. Just weird. So to me that'd make it unusable for you.
It's not so bad as smushes go, it's usable although eccentric. But I'm tempted to pronounce it uh-VAN-ora. Like Evangeline. Which is ugly and funny. Otherwise it reminds me of the word evanescence, and seems like it could be Evan + ora (Evan with a 'feminizing' ending). For me it doesn't have that much appeal.
