I rather like Ailsa - surprised it's not used more.

Ailsa Caroline -- whoo, hoo! Ailsa is gorgeous and Caroline is lovely with it.
Aobha Margaret -- I'm going to assume Aobha is said the same way as Eva.
Iona Frances -- Iona is so quirky. It makes any mn sound like a possession. Still, I can't help but love all of those vowel sounds.
Isla / Islay
Orla Johanna -- I'll take Orla anyway she comes. Johanna is beautiful, but the flow of this one isn't the best.
Ailsa Caroline -- whoo, hoo! Ailsa is gorgeous and Caroline is lovely with it.
