I agree with Bear and Lavinia, it looks too made up to really appeal to me as a baby name. But, I don't think I'd feel negative and judgmental about it if I met someone named it. It's neat, even if it were made up. The problems I have are that the double N makes me want to pronounce it ro-ZEN, and that it could also be pronounced rozzin/rozzEN. I don't like Rosen at all because it is a surname and also reminds me of all the bazillion surnames that start with Rosen-.Rozenn is better than any of the other ways you could spell a name that sounded like Rosen.
