I really like it (I'm also a big fan of Roman, on a boy), but I feel like Roma tomatoes and Roma gypsies will always be associated with it. A common vegetable and an ethnic group are a lot harder to shake off than, say, Selena's association with Selena Gomez, who will most likely fade in popularity.
But Delilah is really popular, so if you love it enough to disregard connotations, go for it. It's a lovely sounding name.

There's also the association with the Italian football/soccer team Roma. They're pretty well-known here in England and I guess in Europe.
